Service operator
The slxrust.com website and Slx Rust Tracker service are provided by Sooliks, an individual developer and service operator. The only official contact for data processing and account deletion requests is listed at the end of this policy.
Data needed to use the service
For sign-in, Slx Rust Tracker receives your Telegram ID, name and username, when available. It also stores the players and servers you add, notification settings and data required by the features you connect.
Telegram sign-in
You do not need to create a separate Slx Rust Tracker password. Telegram is used to verify your identity and establish secure access to the website.
Rust+ connection
Rust+ connection credentials are stored on the server and are not displayed in the browser. The dashboard shows connection states, devices and settings.
Sessions and technical data
A secure cookie containing a session identifier keeps you signed in. The server may also process your IP address, browser information, request time and technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
Website analytics
The website uses Yandex Metrica, including session replay, click maps and link tracking. It may process device and browser information, IP address, referral source, visited pages and actions on them. This data helps analyze the interface, fix errors and improve the service. Processing is also governed by Yandex policies.
Payments
Your selected payment provider or Telegram processes payment details. Slx Rust Tracker receives only the payment identifier, selected plan, amount, currency and final transaction status.
Third-party services
Some features use Telegram, Steam, Rust+ and payment services. Their own data processing policies continue to apply.
Retention and protection
Active account data is retained while needed for the selected features. An account and its user data may be automatically deleted after 60 days of complete inactivity in the dashboard, Telegram bot and linked Telegram groups. Payment and security records may be retained longer as needed for accounting, disputes and legal requirements. Rust+ secrets and session tokens are not exposed in plain text; access is restricted to the server side of the service.
Managing your data
In the dashboard, you can sign out of sessions, disconnect Rust+ and remove devices, cameras, players and servers. You can also ask support for account information, corrections or complete account deletion.
Account deletion
Send your request to support from the Telegram account linked to your profile. After ownership verification, the account and associated user data will be deleted or anonymized, except records that must temporarily be retained for payment accounting, security or legal requirements.
Policy changes
If the data collected or the purposes of processing change materially, a revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
