Slx Rust Tracker at slxrust.com is provided by Sooliks, an individual developer and service operator. By using the website, Telegram bot or connected features, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Purpose of Slx Rust Tracker
Slx Rust Tracker helps monitor Rust players and servers, manage connected Rust+ features, plan raids and receive notifications.
Your responsibilities
Use only accounts, servers, devices and data that belong to you or that you are authorized to access. Do not share sign-in links or dashboard access with other people.
Data availability
Some information comes from Telegram, Steam, game servers and Rust+. If a third-party service is unavailable or hides data, Slx Rust Tracker may display the last known state.
Alerts and automation
Notifications and automatic actions help you respond faster. They do not guarantee prevention of raids or resource losses, or uninterrupted game server operation.
Free access and trial
Free-plan limits are shown before you use a feature. The Premium trial is available once per account, does not require automatic renewal and ends after the stated period.
Premium and payment
The period, price, currency and available payment method are shown before you confirm a purchase. Premium activates after the provider confirms payment. It does not renew automatically unless the payment screen explicitly states otherwise.
Refund requests
Contact support with your Telegram account, payment identifier and reason for the request. If payment is confirmed but access was not provided, the operator will restore access or refund the payment. Other requests are considered in light of the digital access actually provided and mandatory requirements of applicable law.
Access restrictions
The operator may temporarily restrict features in response to attempts to bypass limits, shared access, notification abuse, fraud, payment disputes or actions that threaten the service or other users.
Account deletion
You can remove individual connections in the dashboard or request complete account deletion through support. An account may also be automatically deleted after 60 days of complete inactivity in the dashboard, Telegram bot and linked Telegram groups. Its user settings and data are deleted with it, except records that must temporarily be retained for payment accounting, security, disputes or legal requirements. Deleting an account does not automatically reverse completed payments.
Service changes
Features and limits may change as Slx Rust Tracker develops. Material changes to these terms will be published on the website.
Applicable law and disputes
Russian Federation law applies, while preserving mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited by agreement. Before taking a dispute to court, the parties try to resolve it through support.
